The structure is simple, the cylindrical cam is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate, then the sliding block slides in the inclined arc-shaped groove, axial movement is not needed, the force transmission path is simple, circular movement of the sliding block can be achieved only through axial rotating movement, and therefore paddle pitch changing is achieved; a hydraulic cylinder or an electric existing technical scheme is effectively replaced, the size and the weight are small, and the working performance is stable.
本发明提供了一种螺旋桨变距机构,包括桨毂和多个螺旋桨,桨毂侧面开设有均布的桨根安装孔,螺旋桨的里端转动安装在桨根安装孔内,桨毂内部转动安装有圆柱凸轮,圆柱凸轮内部安装有延伸至桨毂上方的传动轴,圆柱凸轮上开设有倾斜设置的弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽内滑动安装滑块,滑块上开设有水平设置的轴槽,轴槽内插接有偏心销轴,偏心销轴的外端偏心安装在螺旋桨的里端面。本发明结构简单,通过传动轴带动圆柱凸轮转动,进而使得滑块在倾斜的弧形凹槽内滑动,不需轴向移动,传力路径简单,仅轴向旋转运动即可实现滑块圆周运动,从而实现桨叶变距;有效替代采用液压缸或电动的现有技术方案,体积和重量小,工作性能稳定。
