A propeller variable pitch system relates to the field of propellers and comprises a spindle, a first swash plate assembly, a second swash plate assembly and a synchronization assembly, one end of the spindle is connected with a first propeller component, the other end of the spindle is connected with a second propeller component, and the central axis of the spindle coincides with the rotating axis of the first propeller component; the first swash plate assembly is arranged on the main shaft and can move in the axial direction of the main shaft so as to adjust the blade angle of the first propeller component. The second swash plate assembly is arranged on the main shaft and can move in the axial direction of the main shaft so as to adjust the blade angle of the second propeller component. The synchronizing assembly is connected with the first swash plate assembly and the second swash plate assembly. The two propeller components can be controlled at the same time to conduct synchronous pitch changing, the pitch changing consistency is guaranteed, the problem that the pitch changing of the two propeller components is not consistent is solved to a great extent, the pitch changing efficiency is improved, the occupied space is reduced, and the weight is reduced.
