The invention discloses a co-cable transmission device, method and system, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The device comprises a relay driving and collecting module, an axle counting interface module, a safety host module and a communication module, wherein the safety host module is an operation module with a 2 * 2-vote-2 framework; the relay driving and collecting module is connected with the safety host module, and the axle counting interface module is connected with the safety host module; the security host module is connected with the communication module, and the communication module is used for communicating with the communication module of an adjacent station. Safety information data can be collected from the relay driving and collecting module, axle counting data can be collected from the axle counting interface module, the safety information data and the axle counting data are transmitted to the 2 * 2-vote-2 safety host module for data packing, and the data after data packing is transmitted to the communication module of an adjacent station through the communication module. The co-cable transmission device can realize co-cable transmission, reduces the number of transmission channels, and can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the transmission channels.
