The invention discloses a rearview mirror adjusting method and device, a vehicle and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the actual deflection angle of a target position in a target curve is determined; determining a target motor rotation angle corresponding to the actual deflection angle according to a mapping relation between a motor rotation angle corresponding to a rearview mirror motor of the vehicle and the deflection angle; according to the target vehicle speed of the vehicle and the target motor rotation angle, the target motor rotation angular speed of the rearview mirror motor is determined; and controlling the rearview mirror motor to rotate according to the target motor rotation angular velocity so as to adjust the pose of the rearview mirror of the vehicle. According to the vehicle rearview mirror control method and device, in the process that the rearview mirror motor is controlled to rotate according to the target motor rotation angular speed, the pose of the vehicle rearview mirror is more accurate, and the blind area of the vehicle rearview mirror is greatly reduced.
