The invention relates to the field of sliding supports, and particularly discloses a low-friction hydraulic sliding support capable of bearing axial force, which comprises a sliding rail and a sliding block arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner, and a hydraulic jack for applying axial pressure to a test object is fixedly arranged on the sliding block; a hydraulic oil groove is formed in the side, close to the sliding rail, of the sliding block and connected with a hydraulic oil pump. A hydraulic oil seal is arranged in the hydraulic oil groove and used for sealing a gap between the sliding block and the sliding rail. According to the application, the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil groove and the external axial pressure are mutually counteracted, and meanwhile, the sliding block and the sliding rail are lubricated through the hydraulic oil, so that the friction force borne by the sliding block during sliding can still be kept small under the condition that the external axial pressure is large, and the friction force can be obtained through calculation.
