The embodiment of the invention provides a hydraulic sliding support and a manufacturing method. The hydraulic sliding support comprises channel steel, a clamping plate, a toggle plate, a bottom plate, a pipe clamp base plate and a hydraulic pipe clamp. The channel steel is fixedly connected with a hull structure; the clamping plate is welded on the channel steel and is matched with the channel steel to form a clamping groove; the bottom plate is welded with the pipe clamp base plate through the toggle plate to form a pipe clamp sliding bracket seat; the pipe clamp sliding support base can be installed in the clamping groove through the bottom plate. The hydraulic pipe clamp is installed on the pipe clamp base plate. The hydraulic sliding support is simple in design, low in manufacturing difficulty, high in practicability and convenient for sailors to use; the device can be widely applied to similar places where a pipe needs to slide in a certain direction, the stress deformation requirement is met, and the good application effect can be achieved.

    本发明实施例提供一种液压滑动支架及制造方法。通过设计液压滑动支架包括:槽钢、卡板、肘板、底板、管夹垫板和液压管夹;槽钢用于与船体结构固定连接;卡板焊接在槽钢上,与槽钢配合形成卡槽;底板通过肘板与管夹垫板焊接,形成管夹滑动支架座;管夹滑动支架座能够通过底板安装于卡槽内;液压管夹安装于管夹垫板上。上述液压滑动支架设计简洁,制作难度小,实用性强,方便船员使用;可广泛应用于类似需要实现管子沿某一个方向滑动的地方,满足应力变形需求,能达到较好的应用效果。
