The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a crane and a crane rope deflection angle adjusting method, which comprises the following steps of: connecting a sensor mounted on a crane rope with a computer-aided system; processing the received sensor data through a computer-aided system so as to calculate the current deflection angle of the rope; a preset standard deflection angle is set in a data processing system, and the standard deflection angle can be dynamically adjusted according to parameters such as the weight, the shape and the hanging height of a lifted object; the data processing system compares the current deflection angle with a preset standard deflection angle and calculates a deflection angle difference; and the data processing system automatically adjusts the deflection angle of the crane rope by operating a control system of the crane according to the calculated deflection angle difference. According to the invention, a computer-aided system, a data processing system and a continuous adjustment and feedback strategy are adopted, so that the adjustment accuracy is remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is also greatly improved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,具体涉及起重机和起重机绳索偏角调整方法,包括以下步骤:通过安装在起重机绳索上的传感器,该传感器与计算机辅助系统连接;通过计算机辅助系统,将接收到的传感器数据进行处理,以计算出绳索当前的偏角;通过在数据处理系统中设定预设的标准偏角,该标准偏角可以根据起重物的重量、形状、悬挂高度等参数进行动态调整;数据处理系统对比当前的偏角和预设的标准偏角,计算出偏角差;数据处理系统根据计算出的偏角差,通过操纵起重机的操纵系统,自动调整起重机绳索的偏角。本发明,采用计算机辅助系统和数据处理系统,以及连续调整和反馈的策略,显著提升了调整的精准度,同时也极大地提高了工作效率。
