The invention discloses a marine openable cabin ventilation mesh which comprises a trunk frame (1), a sealing device (2) is arranged on the side wall of the front face of the trunk frame (1), a containing groove (3) is formed in the top of the trunk frame (1), a mesh mechanism (4) is arranged in the trunk frame (1), and a first fixing device (5) is arranged between the mesh mechanism (4) and the trunk frame (1). A second fixing device (6) is arranged in the sealing device (2); the sealing device (2) comprises a sealing frame (201), a sealing plate (202) is connected into the sealing frame (201), a sealing groove (203) is formed in the inner wall of the sealing frame (201), and first sealing gaskets matched with the sealing groove (203) are installed on the two sides and the outer wall of the bottom of the sealing plate (202). According to the ventilation mesh, the overall assembling and welding workload is reduced, the operation process is simplified, the in-out time is shortened, and the working efficiency of crew for overhauling and maintaining the cabin ventilation trunk is improved.
