The passenger ship cabin ventilation system is applied to a passenger ship cabin and at least comprises a first reversible draught fan, a second reversible draught fan, a first frequency converter, a second frequency converter, a second reversible draught fan, a third reversible draught fan, a fourth reversible draught fan and a fourth reversible draught fan, and the first reversible draught fan is electrically connected with the first frequency converter and used for supplying air into the cabin; the second reversible fan is electrically connected with the second frequency converter and is used for exhausting air in the cabin; the fan coil is arranged in the cabin and used for cooling air in the cabin, and seawater pumped by a seawater pump flows in the fan coil; the first frequency converter and the second frequency converter are both in communication connection with the control panel, and the control panel is used for conducting frequency conversion control adjustment on the first reversible draught fan and the second reversible draught fan based on the temperature in the cabin. Seawater is introduced into the ventilation coil pipe, the seawater is easy to obtain and serves as a stable cold source, heat exchange is conducted between the seawater and indoor air, then a certain degree of heat is taken away, and cooling treatment can be well conducted on the cabin.
