The invention relates to an intelligent networked electric (ACE) heavy truck system configured with an intelligent multi-mode hybrid (iMMH) assembly system and a vehicle supervision control method. On the premise that the ACE heavy truck dynamic property and the brake effectiveness industry are advanced, energy conservation and emission reduction (CO2/NOx) of the vehicle are automatically optimized at the same time according to vehicle driving data and road three-dimensional electronic map information. According to the method, a novel digital pulse control (DPC) strategy is used for replacing an analog electronic control (AEC) strategy in the prior art, and the complex surface working condition of the AEC engine of the hybrid vehicle is converted into the presettable fixed line working condition of the DPC engine; the multivariable nonlinear complex technical problem that the actual fuel consumption and pollutant emission of the ACE heavy truck are minimized at the same time is greatly simplified, and multi-variable orthogonal decoupling is achieved; the vehicle end computing resource demand of real-time supervision and control of the hybrid power vehicle can be remarkably reduced, the performance, convergence speed and robustness of a monitoring algorithm are improved, and a real-time global optimal solution of energy conservation and emission reduction of the vehicle is infinitely approached with high cost performance.

    本公开涉及配置了智能多模混动(iMMH)总成系统的智能网联电动(ACE)重卡系统及车辆监管控制方法;在保证ACE重卡动力性和刹车有效性行业领先的前提下,根据车辆行驶数据和道路三维电子地图信息,自动地同时优化车辆节能减排(CO2/NOx)。本发明以新颖的数字脉控(DPC)策略替代现有技术的模拟电控(AEC)策略,将混动车辆的AEC发动机的复杂面工况转换为DPC发动机的可预设固定线工况;将ACE重卡实际油耗及污染物排放同时最小化这个多变量非线性复杂技术问题大幅简化并实现了多重变量正交解耦;可显著降低混动车辆实时监管控制的车端计算资源需求,提升监控算法的性能、收敛速度和鲁棒性,高性价比地无限逼近车辆节能减排的实时全局化最优解。
