The invention discloses an intelligent charging system and method for an electric heavy truck. The system comprises a data acquisition layer, a network transmission layer, a data center layer and a client layer, wherein the data acquisition layer is used for acquiring operation data, including real-time charging data and fault monitoring data, of each charging pile point and each charging pile accessed into the system, and uploading the operation data to the data center layer through the network transmission layer; the network transmission layer is used for data interaction between the data acquisition layer and the data center layer and data interaction between the data center layer and the client layer; the data center layer is used for acquiring the dispatching task of the electric heavy truck, automatically calculating the transportation mileage and the power consumption according to the dispatching task every day, sending the predicted charging time and the predicted charging place to the client layer, acquiring the operation data of a charging pile when the electric heavy truck is charged, and monitoring the charging process according to the operation data; and the client layer is used for man-machine interaction of electric heavy truck users and managers.

    本发明公开一种电动重卡智能充电系统及方法,系统包括:数据采集层、网络传输层、数据中心层和客户端层;其中,所述数据采集层,用于采集接入系统的各充电桩点及各充电桩的运行数据,包括实时充电数据和故障监控数据,并通过网络传输层将所述运行数据上传至数据中心层;所述网络传输层,用于数据采集层与数据中心层的数据交互,以及数据中心层与客户端层的数据交互;所述数据中心层,用于获取电动重卡的派车任务,根据每天派车任务自动计算运输里程和电耗,将预测的充电时间和充电地点发送至客户端层,以及在电动重卡充电时获取充电桩的运行数据,并根据运行数据进行充电过程监控;所述客户端层,用于电动重卡用户及管理人员的人机交互。
