The embodiment of the invention provides a train traction control method, a train traction control device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of rail transit. The method comprises the following steps: determining traction response delay of a current train; wherein the traction response delay refers to the duration from the time when the train receives the traction instruction to the time when the train starts; determining the actual traction countdown delay of the current train according to the received set traction countdown duration and the communication delay of the current train; wherein the traction countdown duration refers to the duration from train starting to train speed greater than 0; and controlling the current train to output a traction instruction according to the relative size between the actual traction counter delay and the traction response delay. According to the method, the time deviation of synchronous starting of all the trains in the virtual train marshalling can be reduced as much as possible, and then normal operation of all the trains in the virtual train marshalling is ensured.
