The invention belongs to the technical field of maglev train maintenance, and discloses a maglev train transfer method and a movable car lifting jack. The maglev train transfer method comprises the steps that S1, a train body set of a maglev train is detached and separated from a suspension frame; s2, decomposing the whole train body group into single train bodies; s3, the single-section car body is lifted through a set of movable car lifting jacks, the movable car lifting jacks drive the single-section car body to move to the car moving table along the first track, and the single-section car body is placed on the car moving table; s4, the vehicle moving table moves the single vehicle body to the second track; s5, the other set of movable car lifting jack moves the single car body to the overhaul stand along the second track; and S6, the steps S3-S5 are repeated till all the single-section vehicle bodies are transferred to the overhaul stand. According to the movable car lifting jack, a single-section car body is prevented from being hoisted through a crown block, the whole transfer process of the single-section car body can be based on the ground, transfer is more stable and safer, the requirement for the height of a maintenance warehouse can be effectively lowered through the movable car lifting jack, and the difficulty and cost for transferring the maglev train are lowered.
