The invention provides an installation foundation of a magnetically levitated train permanent magnet track and a magnetically levitated train, and relates to the technical field of magnetically levitated trains, the installation foundation of the magnetically levitated train permanent magnet track comprises a foundation base, a first protrusion and a second protrusion, and the foundation base, the first protrusion and the second protrusion jointly form a concave structure. The invention further provides a maglev train. The maglev train comprises the installation foundation. A vehicle body; one single track in the permanent magnet track is arranged on the upper surface of the first bulge, and the other single track in the permanent magnet track is arranged on the upper surface of the second bulge; and a low thermostatic container. A side wall structure of an existing installation foundation is omitted, and functions and effects which can be achieved by the existing side wall structure are achieved, so that the width of the installation foundation is reduced, the arrangement space size of a transverse structure is compressed and optimized, the engineering civil engineering cost is further compressed, and the engineering cost of the whole high-temperature superconducting magnetic levitation body is reduced.
