The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted image system of an unmanned mine car and a fault detection control method, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. A video transmission module comprises an operation room module and a vehicle-mounted module for a vehicle to receive an instruction; the vehicle-mounted module is composed of a vehicle-mounted remote transceiving device in communication connection with the operation room remote transceiving device, a vehicle control unit electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted remote transceiving device and a video transmission control device electrically connected with the vehicle control unit. The video transmission control device is used for transmitting and controlling all parts of the camera assembly. The panoramic camera and the reversing emergency camera are arranged to serve as standby image systems of the whole vehicle, so that the problem that in the prior art, when an unmanned driving mode image system breaks down, the efficiency of manual remote operation is greatly affected by damage of all camera units is solved; and in cooperation with a self-checking control method, parts of the camera assembly can be quickly positioned, and meanwhile, display reminding is performed through the display equipment.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶矿车的车载影像系统及故障检测控制方法,涉及工程机械技术领域,所述视频传输模块包括操作间模块和车辆接收指令的车载模块;车载模块由与操作间远程收发设备通讯连接的车载远程收发设备、与车载远程收发设备电性连接的整车控制器和整车控制器电性连接的视频传输控制设备,视频传输控制设备用于传输和控制所述摄像头组件的各部件。通过设置全景摄像头、倒车应急摄像头作为整车的备用影像系统,解决了现有技术中出现的当无人驾驶模式影像系统出现故障时,各摄像单元的损坏会大大的影响人工远程操作的效率,并且配合自检控制方法能够快速的对摄像头组件的部件进行定位,同时通过显示设备进行展示提醒。
