The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and provides an overturning tool and an overturning method thereof.The overturning tool comprises an upper tool body, a lower tool body, a triangular lifting appliance, a rope blocking device, a goods stabilizing winch, an auxiliary traction winch and a main traction winch; the upper tool and the lower tool are each of a truss structure. The upper tool and the lower tool are detachably mounted together; a workpiece to be turned over is placed in the upper tool and the lower tool; connecting shafts are welded to the two ends of the upper tool correspondingly. The connecting shaft is movably connected with a triangular lifting appliance; the top of the triangular lifting appliance is used for being connected with a portal crane; the upper tool and the lower tool are each provided with a plurality of rope blocking devices. The goods stabilizing winch, the auxiliary traction winch and the main traction winch are used for being connected with the corresponding rope blocking devices. According to the overturning device, overturning of the large reaction shell can be achieved, welding seams in all positions of the reaction shell are located at the positions beneficial to welding, the welding difficulty is lowered, and the high-altitude operation frequency is reduced.

    本发明涉及起重吊装设备技术领域,提供一种翻转工装及其翻转方法,所述翻转工装包括:上部工装、下部工装、三角吊具、挡绳装置、稳货卷扬、辅助牵引卷扬和主牵引卷扬;上部工装和下部工装分别采用桁架结构;所述上部工装和下部工装可拆卸安装在一起;上部工装和下部工装内用于放置待翻转的工件;上部工装的两端分别焊接有连接轴;所述连接轴上活动连接三角吊具;所述三角吊具的顶部用于连接桥门式起重机;所述上部工装和下部工装上分别设置多个挡绳装置;稳货卷扬、辅助牵引卷扬和主牵引卷扬用于连接对应的挡绳装置。本发明能够实现对大型反应壳体的翻转,使得反应壳体的各个位置焊缝均处于有利焊接位置,降低焊接难度,减少高空作业次数。
