The invention relates to a turnover tool and a turnover method of tower drum fragments.The turnover tool comprises a base plate, the base plate is provided with a first fixing position and a second fixing position which are oppositely arranged in the length direction of the base plate, and the base plate is connected with a part to be turned over through the first fixing position and the second fixing position; the switching component is arranged on the substrate; the hoisting component is rotationally connected with the adapter component, so that the adapter component can drive the base plate and the to-be-overturned piece connected with the base plate to overturn relative to the hoisting component, and the hoisting component is provided with a hoisting interface; and the braking component is arranged on one of the switching component and the hoisting component and can be matched with the other one so as to adjust the rotating speed of the switching component relative to the hoisting component. According to the overturning tool and the overturning method of the tower drum fragments, the overturning tool can achieve overturning of the to-be-overturned piece, the operation mode is simple, and the overturning efficiency is high.

    本发明涉及一种翻转工装以及塔筒分片的翻转方法,翻转工装包括:基板,在自身长度方向上具有相对设置的第一固定位及第二固定位,基板通过第一固定位及第二固定位与待翻转件连接;转接部件,设置于基板;吊装部件,与转接部件转动连接,以使转接部件能够带动基板及所连接的待翻转件相对吊装部件翻转,吊装部件具有吊装接口;制动部件,设置于转接部件以及吊装部件的一者并能够与另一者相配合,以调节转接部件相对吊装部件的转动速度。本发明实施例提供的翻转工装以及塔筒分片的翻转方法,翻转工装能够实现对待翻转件的翻转,且操作方式简单,翻转效率高。
