Sensor data and pedestrian data are collected by the data collection module, the sensors collect the running states and fault information of all modules of the escalator in real time, automatic diagnosis is achieved, all components of the escalator are additionally provided with remote control modules, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and an infrared sensor and a counting sensor are used for collecting pedestrian flow information; and the master control module determines when to close or decelerate the control motor, so that the purpose of energy conservation is achieved, the informatization system achieves the functions of AI, big data learning, strategy maintenance and the like, the participation of maintenance personnel is reduced as much as possible, and the problems that in the prior art, the maintenance cost of the escalator is high, and the requirements for professional workers and technicians are high are solved.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,提出了一种轨道交通自动扶梯智能节能装置,包括信息接入模块、数据采集模块、电机控制模块、数据传输模块、电源管理模块、以及故障诊断模块;本发明中传感器数据、行人数据由数据采集模块采集,传感器实时采集自动扶梯的各个模块的运行状态、故障信息,自动诊断,增加电梯各个组成远程控制模块,提高维护效率,红外传感器和计数传感器来采集人流信息,用于总控制模块决定何时关闭或减速控制电机,从而实现节能的目的,信息化系统实现AI,大数据学习,维护策略等功能,尽量做到少用和不用维护人员参与,解决了现有技术中自动扶梯的维护成本高,对专业工人和技术人员的要求高的问题。
