The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter dynamics tests, and relates to a method and system for measuring the blade distance between upper and lower rotors based on actually measured bending moment. According to the method, actually measured bending moment data in flight is utilized, an existing blade measurement system is utilized, on the premise of not additionally adding measurement equipment, through the relation between the bending moment and deformation, the calibration relation between the test bending moment and the deformation of different sections of the blade is established, and therefore the blade distance between the upper rotor wing and the lower rotor wing in the real-time flight state is obtained. According to the method, relative real-time monitoring can be performed on the blade distance between the upper rotor and the lower rotor in the whole flight spectrum state under the condition of not additionally adding measuring equipment, and the flight safety is ensured. The method has the advantages that the measuring method of the blade tip distance is simplified, and compared with a light sensor with equipment, radar wave measurement and the like, the feedback time is shorter, and the real-time effect is better.

    本发明属于直升机动力学试验技术领域,涉及一种基于实测弯矩的上下旋翼间桨叶距离测量方法及系统。利用飞行中的实测弯矩数据,利用现有桨叶测量系统,在不额外增加测量设备的前提下,通过弯矩与变形之间的关系,建立测试弯矩与桨叶不同剖面变形标定关系,从而获得实时飞行状态下的上下旋翼间的桨叶距离。该方法可以在不额外增加测量设备的情况下,对全飞行谱状态上下旋翼间桨叶距离进行相对实时监控,确保飞行安全。该方法的优点是简化了桨尖距的测量方法,相比安装设备的光线传感器、雷达波测量等反馈时间更短,实时性效果更好。
