The force sensor is arranged on the loading mechanism, the angular displacement sensor is arranged at the other end of the rudder shaft, the control box is connected with the loading mechanism, the force sensor and the angular displacement sensor, the loading position and the connection form are optimized, and the loading hydraulic cylinder can be simply and effectively controlled to apply bending moment simulation loading to the rudder device.
