The embodiment of the invention discloses a rail combined type lifting system for a whole rocket modal test of a large rocket, wherein three lifting rails are uniformly arranged at an angle of 120 degrees and are fixedly mounted on the inner sides of three bearing upright posts in a vibration tower; each lifting platform group comprises three lifting platforms mounted on three lifting rails, and the three lifting platforms integrally surround the periphery of the rocket; a telescopic platform and an overturning platform are symmetrically arranged on two lifting platforms of lifting rails on the inner sides of the two auxiliary bearing stand columns fixedly mounted in the vibration tower; an electric climbing mechanism is installed at the upper end of each lifting platform, and the lifting platforms are driven by the electric climbing mechanisms to move up and down on the lifting rails installed on the lifting platforms along the climbing racks. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problems of large construction amount, long preparation time, low automation degree, high safety risk of workers in the test and use process and the like in the installation work of the existing large carrier rocket are solved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种用于大型火箭全箭模态试验的轨道组合式升降系统,其中三个升降轨道相互呈120°均匀布置,固定安装于振动塔中三个承载立柱内侧;每组升降平台组包括安装于三个升降轨道上的3个升降平台,3个升降平台整体环绕在火箭外周;固定安装于振动塔中两个辅助承载立柱内侧升降轨道的2个升降平台上对称设置有伸缩平台和翻转平台;每个升降平台上端部安装有电动爬升机构,通过电动爬升机构带动升降平台在其所安装的升降轨道上沿爬升齿条上下运动。本发明实施例提供的技术方案解决了现有大型运载火箭的安装工作存在施工量大、准备时间长、自动化程度低,以及试验使用过程中工作人员安全风险较大等问题。
