The bracket is connected to the force bearing seat; a rotating shaft; the two bearings are sleeved on the rotating shaft and are arranged on the bracket; the nut is in threaded connection with the rotating shaft and is in sliding rail fit connection with the bracket; one end of the lifting cylinder is connected to the nut, and the other end is supported on the bearing ring; the transmission gear is sleeved on the rotating shaft; the intermediate gear is supported on the force bearing seat through a supporting shaft and is meshed with the transmission gear; the driving gear is meshed with the intermediate gear; and the servo motor is connected to the force bearing seat, and an output shaft of the servo motor is sleeved with a driving gear, so that the rotating shaft can be driven to rotate, the nut and the lifting cylinder are driven to descend, and the lifting cylinder is separated from supporting of the force bearing ring.
