The invention discloses a ship sheet section closure seam reversible deformation control method, which comprises the following steps of: respectively setting a transverse closure seam and a longitudinal closure seam into staggered and disconnected closure seams, additionally arranging a T-shaped section on a longitudinal rib at the position of the transverse closure seam, and additionally arranging flat iron at the root of the longitudinal rib at the position of the longitudinal closure seam, the structural strength of the thin plate sections can be improved, so that the structure at the folding position of the thin plate sections is prevented from being deformed during section hoisting; and in the welding process, the panel of the T-shaped profile can be directly used as a welding backing of the transverse folding seam, and the flat iron is used as a welding backing of the longitudinal folding seam, so that the thin plate at the position is prevented from being deformed in the segmented folding seam welding process.

    本发明公开了一种船舶薄板分段合拢缝反变形控制方法,本发明将横向合拢缝和纵向合拢缝分别设置成错位断开的合拢缝,并在横向合拢缝所在位置处的纵骨上增设T型材、在纵向合拢缝所在位置处的纵骨根部增设扁铁,不仅能增加薄板分段的结构强度,以避免薄板分段合拢位置处的结构在分段吊运产生变形,而且在焊接过程可以直接将T型材的面板作为横向合拢缝的焊接衬垫、将扁铁作为纵向合拢缝的焊接衬垫以避免分段合拢缝焊接过程中该位置处的薄板产生变形。
