The invention discloses a self-recovery emergency stop button for a charging pile. The self-recovery emergency stop button comprises a charging pile body, a power supply, a power transmission interface, an emergency stop button and an alarm circuit, the alarm circuit is matched with an emergency stop button to report fault information; the scram button is a non-self-locking button, a control module is arranged in the charging pile body and used for controlling whether the power transmission interface outputs or not, the scram button is electrically connected with the control module, and the control module is matched with the scram button and cuts off output of the output interface according to button triggering information; the control module starts time delay when receiving the trigger information and confirms the trigger information again after time delay, and when the trigger information is kept after time delay, the alarm circuit is matched to report fault information, and the output interface is kept to cut off the output state; and when the trigger information disappears after delay, the alarm circuit is matched to report fault information, and the output state of the output interface is recovered. According to the method, the burden of workers can be relieved, the fault processing efficiency is guaranteed, and the fault type can be judged.

    本发明公开了一种可自恢复的充电桩用急停按钮,包括充电桩本体、供电电源、输电接口、急停按钮、报警电路;报警电路配合急停按钮,上报故障信息;急停按钮采用非自锁按钮,充电桩本体内设置有控制模块,用于控制输电接口输出与否,急停按钮与控制模块电连接,控制模块配合急停按钮,并根据按钮触发信息切断输出接口输出;控制模块接收到触发信息时启动延时,并在延时后再次确认触发信息,当延时后触发信息保持,则配合报警电路上报故障信息,且保持输出接口切断输出状态;当延时后触发信息消失,则配合报警电路上报故障信息,且恢复输出接口输出状态。本发明能够缓解工作人员负担,保障故障处理效率,可以对故障类型进行判断。
