The invention discloses an automatic charging alignment method for a self-propelled vehicle, which comprises a self-propelled vehicle main body and a charging pile main body, a magnetic induction positioner is mounted at the bottom of the self-propelled vehicle main body, and a first guide line is arranged on the running route of the self-propelled vehicle main body; a second guide line is arranged on the route from the self-propelled vehicle body to the charging pile body, a first dense point location is arranged at the intersection of the first guide line and the second guide line, a second dense point location is arranged at the tail end of the second guide line, and the charging pile body is arranged opposite to the tail end of the second guide line. The self-propelled vehicle body is guided to move and be positioned through the magnetic induction positioner and the magnetic nails according to the electromagnetic induction principle, infrared laser auxiliary positioning is conducted by means of the first positioning point and the second positioning point, and the self-propelled vehicle body can be guided to be correctly positioned and parked before charging; therefore, dislocation between the self-propelled vehicle body and the charging pile body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于自走车自动充电对位的方法,包括自走车主体和充电桩主体,所述自走车主体底部安装有磁感应定位器,所述自走车主体的运行路线上设置有一号导引线,所述自走车主体去往充电桩主体的路线上设置有二号导引线,所述一号导引线与二号导引线相交处设置有一号密集点位,所述二号导引线的末端设置有二号密集点位,所述充电桩主体设置于二号导引线的末端处对面。本发明通过磁感应定位器与磁钉利用电磁感应原理来引导自走车主体进行移动并定位,再借助一号定位点和二号定位点进行红外线激光辅助定位,可在充电之前引导自走车主体进行正确的定位停放,从而避免自走车主体与充电桩主体之间发生错位。
