The invention discloses an urban rail multi-train driving scheduling comprehensive energy-saving control method and device under complex working conditions, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining station passenger flow data, road condition information, scheduling information and train operation parameters; sequentially separating the train running line into one or more sections; and by utilizing a discretization matrix and a Lagrangian optimization idea, combining different segmented sections with passenger flow volume data, scheduling information and train operation parameters of each station, and constructing an urban rail multi-train running scheduling comprehensive energy-saving control model under a complex working condition. And finally, by taking the minimum total energy consumption of train operation as a target, taking train punctuality time, errors and passenger comfort as limiting conditions, and taking the minimum energy consumption of a single train and multi-train cooperative control as a basis, constructing a multi-train running scheduling timetable model under a complex working condition. The method has the advantages of self-adaptive coordination of the balance relation among the train number, the operation parameters, the passenger number and the comfort level, high calculation efficiency, accuracy, wide application range and the like.
