The invention discloses a steel plate turning tool which comprises a supporting main plate, a fixed connecting base and a sliding connecting base are installed on the supporting main plate in a sliding mode, and a fixing device for limiting the positions of the fixed connecting base and the sliding connecting base is arranged on the supporting main plate.
