The tower footing sensor comprises a flywheel connecting shell, a tower footing shell, a clutch mechanism and a torque detection assembly, the whole tower footing sensor is of a hollow structure after the flywheel connecting shell, the tower footing shell, the clutch mechanism and the torque detection assembly are correspondingly connected, the tower footing sensor can be conveniently connected with a barrel shaft of a quick release structure in a penetrating mode at present, and the tower footing sensor is made to be compact in structure and convenient to use. The occupied space is reduced; in addition, the overall weight is reduced, the manufacturing material cost is saved, the rotation inertia is reduced due to the reduction of the overall weight, and the accuracy of torque detection is further ensured. Besides, a flywheel connecting shell and a tower footing shell in the tower footing sensor are in one-way transmission through a clutch mechanism, the device has the advantages of being reasonable and simple in structural design, it is ensured that torque is transmitted in real time, the detection accuracy is improved, and then the use experience feeling of a rider is improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于电助力自行车的塔基传感器及其电助力自行车,包括飞轮连接壳体、塔基壳体、离合机构和扭矩检测组件,且相应连接后整体呈中空状结构,方便了与当前主流采用快拆结构的桶轴贯穿连接,使之结构紧凑,减小占用空间;另外,不仅减小了整体重量,节约制造材料成本,而且还因为整体重量的减小而减小转动惯性,进一步确保扭矩检测的准确性;还有,塔基传感器中飞轮连接壳体与塔基壳体通过离合机构进行单向传动,具有结构设计合理、简洁的特点,确保扭矩实时地传递而提高检测的准确性,进而提升骑行者的使用体验感。
