When the air conditioner meets the fan starting condition, the rotating speed of a compressor is determined based on the temperature of an evaporator; detecting whether a high-speed fan meets a high-speed fan starting condition or not based on the rotating speed of the compressor; if the high-speed fan does not meet the high-speed fan starting condition, the low-speed fan relay is controlled to be closed so that the low-speed fan can operate, and therefore the high-speed fan is replaced with the low-speed fan for heat dissipation, and the whole vehicle heat dissipation requirement is met; the overheat ablation risk caused by continuous high-speed rotation of a single high-speed fan, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle and the aging speed of the high-speed fan are effectively reduced, and the problem that in the prior art, in order to generate enough heat dissipation air to dissipate heat of a condenser during working of a compressor, the high-speed fan continuously works for a long time, and the service life of the high-speed fan is prolonged is solved. The aging speed of the high-speed fan is accelerated, and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle and the ablation risk of a relay and a wire harness of the high-speed fan are improved.
一种汽车电子风扇的控制方法及相关设备。该方法通过当空调满足风扇启动条件时,基于蒸发器的温度确定压缩机转速;基于所述压缩机转速检测高速风扇是否满足高速风扇启动条件;若高速风扇不满足高速风扇启动条件,则控制低速风扇继电器闭合,以供低速风扇运行,从而用低速风扇代替高速风扇进行散热,满足整车散热需求的同时,有效降低了单一的高速风扇持续高速旋转导致的过热烧蚀风险、整车能耗以及高速风扇的老化速度,解决了相关技术中在压缩机工作时,为了保证产生足够的散热风量给冷凝器散热,高速风扇持续长时间工作,不仅加快了高速风扇的老化速度,而且提高了整车能耗以及高速风扇的继电器及线束烧蚀的风险的技术问题。
