The photovoltaic assembly (1) and the diesel generating set (2) are connected with the controller (3), the electrical storage device (12) and the inverter (13) are also connected with the distribution box (11), the distribution box (11) is connected with the heating air conditioner module, the controller (3) controls electricity generated by the photovoltaic assembly (1) and electricity stored by the electrical storage device (12) to provide electric energy for the heating air conditioner module, and when the electricity is insufficient, the photovoltaic assembly (1) and the inverter (13) are connected with the controller (3). And electricity generated by the diesel generating set (2) is controlled to provide electric energy for the heating air-conditioning module. The seawater source heat pump system is provided with a photovoltaic power generation and storage device, and the problem that the cost is too high when a diesel engine set generates power to drive the seawater source heat pump system can be solved.
