The invention discloses a marine air conditioner utilizing a seawater heat source and a control method of the marine air conditioner. The marine air conditioner is systematically composed of a seawater loop, a refrigerant loop, a heat recovery loop and an electric cabinet, and refrigeration in summer and heating in winter are achieved through conversion of working modes. According to the method, when a ship sails, waste heat discharged to the environment by the ship is fully utilized to preheat low-temperature seawater; when a ship is anchored, the oil burning boiler is used for preheating low-temperature seawater, and normal or efficient operation of the marine seawater source heat pump air conditioning system in a low-temperature sea area or during anchoring is achieved. According to theinvention, the technical barrier that a conventional marine seawater source heat pump air conditioning system cannot operate around the clock and in the whole sea area is solved, meanwhile, the utilization rate of ship energy is further increased by effectively recycling waste heat discharged to the environment by a ship, and the low-energy-consumption, low-emission and high-energy-efficiency marine air conditioning system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种海水热源利用的船用空调机及其控制方法。所述系统由海水回路、制冷剂回路、热回收回路及电控箱组成,通过工作模式的转换,实现夏季制冷,冬季制热。所述方法是当船舶航行时,充分利用船舶排至环境的余热预热低温海水;当船舶锚泊时,利用燃油锅炉预热低温海水,实现船用海水源热泵空调系统在低温海域或锚泊时正常或高效运行。本发明不但解决了常规船用海水源热泵空调系统不能全天候、全海域运行的技术屏障,同时通过有效回收利用船舶排至环境的余热,进一步提高船舶能量的利用率,实现低能耗、低排放和高能效的船舶空调系统。
