The invention discloses an anti-derailing method for a cart of an oil and slag scraper, and relates to the field of electrical equipment.The anti-derailing method comprises the steps that four proximity switches are installed on the front portion, the rear portion, the left portion and the right portion of the cart, the left proximity switch is used for preventing derailing rightwards, and the right proximity switch is used for preventing derailing leftwards; the switch points are respectively connected in parallel with an oil scraping direction stop switch and a mud scraping direction stop switch of the cart, and the cart is stopped after the switches act. A proximity switch is adopted as a detection means, the technical scheme of mechanical and electrical combination is adopted, mechanical contact is avoided during normal driving, kinetic energy loss and electric quantity loss are avoided, power can be cut off in advance when a derailment tendency occurs, derailment accidents are avoided, and meanwhile loss of spare parts is small.

    本发明公开了一种刮油刮渣机大车防脱轨方法,涉及电气设备领域,其通过在大车前后左右安装的4个接近开关,前后各两个,左边的防止往右脱轨,右边的防止往左脱轨,当大车发生爬轨时接近开关动作,开关点分别与大车的刮油方向停止开关及刮泥方向的停止开关并联,开关动作后使大车停止。采用接近开关作为检测手段,是一种机电相结合的技术方案,正常行驶时没有机械接触,不会产生动能的损耗,也没有电量的损耗,当发生脱轨倾向时可提前断电,避免脱轨事故的发生,同时备件的损耗较小。
