The invention discloses an anti-derailment device and a rail vehicle active anti-derailment system.The anti-derailment device comprises an anti-derailment frame, an electromagnet, a driving assembly and a mounting base, the anti-derailment frame is located on the inner side of a steel rail, and the electromagnet is mounted on the anti-derailment frame and used for adsorbing the steel rail; one end of the driving assembly is rotationally installed on a bottom plate of a railway vehicle bogie frame through an installation base, and the other end of the driving assembly is connected with the anti-disengaging frame to drive the anti-disengaging frame to be close to or away from a steel rail. The anti-derailment device is arranged below a bogie frame of the railway vehicle, each steel rail is correspondingly provided with one anti-derailment frame, the anti-derailment frames are located on the inner sides of the steel rails, and no interference is generated on the rails when the railway vehicle runs normally or passes through a turnout; by arranging the driving assembly, the anti-derailing frame can be driven to be away from or close to the steel rails, the bogie frame and the left and right steel rails are connected into a stable frame structure, floating, sinking, side rolling and transverse movement constraints of the bogie frame are increased, then lifting and transverse movement of the wheel set are indirectly limited, and finally the purpose of preventing the wheel set from derailing is achieved.

    本申请公开了一种防脱轨装置及轨道车辆主动防脱轨系统,防脱轨装置包括防脱架、电磁铁、驱动组件及安装座,防脱架位于钢轨的内侧,电磁铁安装于防脱架上用于吸附所述钢轨,驱动组件的一端通过安装座转动安装于轨道车辆转向架构架的底板上,另一端连接防脱架以驱动防脱架靠近或者远离钢轨。该防脱轨装置设置于轨道车辆转向架构架的下方,每根钢轨对应设置一个防脱架且防脱架位于钢轨的内侧,不会在轨道车辆正常行驶或经过道岔时对轨道产生干涉;通过设置驱动组件能够驱动防脱架远离或者靠近钢轨,将转向架构架和左右两钢轨连成一个稳固的框架结构,增加转向架构架的浮沉、侧滚和横向运动约束,进而间接限制轮对的抬升和横移,最终达到预防轮对脱轨的目的。
