The invention provides a tracked vehicle parallel type dual-redundancy service braking system and a control method thereof. The braking system comprises a hydraulic driving module, a service braking output module and a main monitoring module. The brake system has three working modes, namely a mechanical brake mode, a brake-by-wire mode and a parallel brake mode. Fault-tolerant output control of brake-by-wire faults is realized in a mechanical braking mode, brake-by-wire output of an unmanned mode is realized in a brake-by-wire mode, and brake-by-wire output can be adjusted by tracking and learning mechanical braking channel data in a parallel braking mode. Therefore, alternate output of mechanical brake and brake-by-wire brake in the manned mode is achieved, and the running reliability and safety of the vehicle are improved.

    本发明提出一种履带车辆并联式双冗余行车制动系统及其控制方法,制动系统包括液压驱动模块、行车制动输出模块和主监控模块。本发明的制动系统具有机械制动模式、线控制动模式和并行制动模式三种工作模式。在机械制动模式下实现线控制动故障的容错输出控制,在线控制动模式下实现无人模式的线控制动输出,在并行制动模式下可以通过对机械制动通道数据进行跟踪学习调整线控制动的输出,从而实现有人模式下的机械和线控制动的交替输出,提高车辆行驶可靠性、安全性。
