The invention discloses a dual-redundancy type drive-by-wire pneumatic and hydraulic braking system which comprises a first power assisting module. The active safety module is integrated in the first power assisting module; the first power assisting module comprises a liquid storage tank, a motor, a double-cavity series connection main cylinder, a servo cylinder, a pedal simulator and an ECU and further comprises a positive pressure booster, the positive pressure booster is provided with a servo cavity and a piston cavity which are isolated from each other, and a piston in the servo cavity is axially connected with a piston in the double-cavity series connection main cylinder in series. A first one-way valve is arranged on a pipeline between the piston cavity and the servo cavity, a piston in the servo cavity is connected with a brake pedal through a ball head push rod, and the servo cavity is connected with an air suspension module through a pipeline. And a gas conveying pipeline in the air suspension module is connected with the servo cavity and the piston cavity through a first air valve and a second air valve respectively. According to the invention, the function redundancy backup problem of various brake system fault conditions can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种双冗余型线控气液压制动系统,包括第一助力模块;主动安全模块,集成于第一助力模块内;所述的第一助力模块包括储液罐、电机、双腔串联主缸、伺服缸、踏板模拟器和ECU,还包括正压助力器,所述的正压助力器具有相互隔离的伺服腔和活塞腔,所述的伺服腔内的活塞与双腔串联主缸内部的活塞轴向串联,所述的活塞腔与伺服腔之间的管路上设置有第一单向阀,所述的伺服腔内的活塞同时通过球头推杆与制动踏板相连,所述的伺服腔通过管路与空气悬架模块相连,所述的空气悬架模块内部的气体输送管路通过第一空气阀和第二空气阀分别与伺服腔以及活塞腔相连。本发明可以解决多种制动系统故障情况的功能冗余备份问题。
