The invention discloses a self-adaptive control method and device for energy recovery intensity, equipment and a medium. The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles. The method comprises the steps that if it is recognized that a self-adaptive adjustment mode of energy recovery intensity is in a working state and energy recovery triggering conditions are met, road information is acquired; performing curve identification according to the road information, and acquiring current vehicle speed and curve information; and determining the energy recovery intensity according to the current vehicle speed and the curve information. According to the technical scheme, the energy recovery intensity can be adaptively controlled in combination with the road condition, the cruising ability of the new energy automobile is improved, and the driving experience of a driver can be improved.
