The invention discloses a self-adaptive lever driving unit which comprises driving racks, driving fixing supports, fasteners and a bearing mounting support, the two driving racks are symmetrically arranged, and driving wheels are connected to the driving racks. According to the self-adaptive lever driving unit, when a bearing mounting bracket on the AGV frame driving unit causes a bearing mechanism on one side to be suspended away from the ground due to bumpiness and unevenness of a road surface, the other group of bearing mechanisms in contact with the ground impact the ground during falling, and the thrust generated by impact pushes the bearing mechanisms to move upwards; meanwhile, under the condition that a second rotating shaft rotates in a matched mode, the other set of suspended bearing mechanisms away from the ground move downwards to make contact with the ground and also impact the ground during falling, and thrust generated by impact pushes the bearing mechanisms to move upwards; therefore, it can be guaranteed that the two sets of bearing mechanisms at the bottom of the bearing mounting support make contact with the ground in the advancing process of the AGV frame, and impact damage to a vehicle body caused by road bumping when the AGV frame advances is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自适应杠杆驱动单元,包括驱动机架、驱动固定支架、紧固件和承重安装支架,所述驱动机架对称设置有两组,且驱动机架的上连接有驱动轮。该自适应杠杆驱动单元,当AGV车架驱动单元上的承重安装支架因路面颠簸不平整而使得一侧的承重机构悬空远离地面时,另一组与地面接触的承重机构将在下落时与地面产生冲击,冲击产生的推力将推动其上移,同时在第二转轴配合转动的情况下,另一组悬空远离地面承重机构将会下移与地面接触,并同样在下落时与地面产生冲击,冲击产生的推力将推动其上移,从而即可保证承重安装支架底部的两组承重机构在AGV车架行进的过程中均与地面接触,并以此降低AGV车架行进时路面颠簸对车体本身造成的冲击破坏。
