The invention discloses a method for integrally weaving a high-temperature broadband stealth grid structure wave-absorbing material, and belongs to the technical field of high-speed aircraft stealth. Silicon carbide fiber bundles with different electrical resistivity are used as warp yarns and weft yarns, a three-dimensional weaving shallow-crossing bent connection structure is adopted, 5-15 bundles of warp yarns and 5-15 bundles of weft yarns are woven into a group, and the electrical resistivity of the warp yarns and the weft yarns at the outer ring is controlled to be smaller than that of the warp yarns and the weft yarns at the inner ring, so that a grid structure is formed on the electrical resistivity arrangement of a warp and weft yarn interweaving surface; meanwhile, the three-layer structure is adopted for weaving, so that the resistivity in the thickness direction is arranged from high to low, and a gradient structure is formed; and repeating the weaving to obtain the high-temperature broadband stealth grid structure wave-absorbing material preform with in-plane grid mixed weaving and out-plane gradient mixed weaving. The integrated woven ceramic-based interference-type wave-absorbing material is realized, and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good anti-aging performance and high strength.

    本发明公开了一种一体化编织高温宽频隐身格栅结构吸波材料的方法,属于高速飞行器隐身技术领域。本发明将不同电阻率的碳化硅纤维束作为经纱、纬纱,采用三维机织浅交弯连结构,以5‑15束经纱和5‑15束纬纱编织为一组,通过控制外圈经纱、纬纱的电阻率比内部的经纱、纬纱小,实现经纬纱交织的面在电阻率排布上形成格栅结构;同时采用三层结构编织,使得厚度方向的电阻率由高到低排列,形成梯度结构;重复上述编织,得到面内格栅混编、面外梯度混编的高温宽频隐身格栅结构吸波材料预制体。本发明实现了“一体化编织陶瓷基干涉型吸波材料,且耐高温、抗老化性能好、强度高”。
