The invention relates to a tower crane and a jacking balancing method and system thereof, a controller and a storage medium. The tower crane jacking balancing method comprises the following steps: acquiring a hoisting standard value and a recommended value of a trolley amplitude variation distance; acquiring an actual hoisting weight value and an actual variable-amplitude distance of the trolley; judging whether the actual hoisting weight value is a hoisting weight standard value or not; under the condition that the actual hoisting weight value is the hoisting weight standard value, whether the absolute value of the difference value between the actual amplitude variation distance of the trolley and the recommended value of the amplitude variation distance of the trolley is smaller than a preset threshold value or not is judged; and under the condition that the absolute value of the difference value is not smaller than a preset threshold value, controlling a luffing mechanism to adjust the actual luffing distance of the trolley so as to realize jacking balancing of the tower crane. The system adjusting time is shortened, and the balancing efficiency is improved.
