The invention provides a tower crane and a jacking balancing method thereof. The tower crane comprises a trolley, a lower support, a crawling frame, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a controller; the lower support comprises a lower support frame and a lower support wing plate; the crawling frame comprises a jacking oil cylinder, a jacking sleeve frame, a lug plate and roller assemblies, and the roller assemblies are arranged on four main chord members of the jacking sleeve frame respectively, are located on the same mounting plane and comprise roller supports and rollers; the lower support wing plate is connected with the lug plate through the first connecting piece; a roller in each roller assembly is connected with the roller supports through the second connecting piece, wherein the first connecting piece is a pin shaft sensor and the second connecting piece is a pin shaft, or the first connecting piece is a pin shaft and at least one second connecting piece in each roller assembly is a pin shaft sensor; and the controller controls the jacking oil cylinder to stop or start according to a pressure value collected by the pin shaft sensor and controls the trolley to move in the first direction or the second direction, and therefore balancing of the tower crane is achieved before jacking.

    本发明提供一种塔式起重机及其顶升配平方法,塔式起重机包括小车、下支座、爬行架、第一连接件、第二连接件和控制器;下支座包括下支座架和下支座翼板,爬行架包括顶升油缸、顶升套架、耳板和滚轮组件,滚轮组件分设于顶升套架的四个主弦杆上,且位于同一安装平面,包括滚轮支架和滚轮;下支座翼板与耳板通过第一连接件连接,滚轮组件中滚轮与滚轮支架通过第二连接件连接,其中,第一连接件为销轴传感器以及第二连接件为销轴,或者第一连接件为销轴以及每个滚轮组件中至少一个第二连接件为销轴传感器,控制器根据销轴传感器采集的压力值控制顶升油缸停止或启动,以及控制小车向第一方向或第二方向移动,从而在顶升之前实现塔式起重机的配平。
