The invention discloses an automatic balancing control method for jacking of a tower crane and the tower crane. The control method comprises the following steps: hoisting a proper load according to the current machine type, arm length and counterweight state; the jacking balancing moment is selected through the hoisting load; the loading amplitude is automatically adjusted according to the required balancing moment and the current loading capacity; monitoring whether the current weight amplitude parameter is in an allowable range or not in real time; if the current amplitude parameter of the weight is greater than the set allowable value, giving an alarm prompt, and performing inspection and judgment by an operator according to the alarm prompt information to determine whether the amplitude parameter of the weight is further adjusted or whether the balancing requirement is met currently; and when the balancing requirement is met, a jacking working mode is entered, and the jacking oil cylinder is allowed to act. According to the invention, a proper load can be suspended at will and is not limited to a recommended load capacity, and the field adaptability is higher. The balancing state is monitored through multiple detection methods, the load amplitude is automatically adjusted according to data deviation, and the method is more accurate and more intelligent.

    本发明公开了一种塔机顶升自动配平控制方法、塔机,该控制方法包括根据当前机型、臂长及配重状态起吊适当的载重;通过起吊的载重选择顶升配平力矩;根据所需配平力矩和当前载重量,自动调节载重幅度;实时监控当前重物幅度参数是否在允许范围内;若当前重物幅度参数大于设定的允许值时则发出报警提醒,由操作人员根据报警提示信息进行检查和判断,确定是否进一步调整重物幅度参数或者当前已满足配平要求;当满足配平要求时进入顶升工作模式,允许顶升油缸动作。本发明可任意吊载适当的载重,不局限于推荐的载重量,现场适应性更强。通过多种检测方法监控配平状态,并根据数据偏差自动调节载重幅度,更精准、更智能。
