A limiting clamping groove is formed in the position, located on the side surface of the buoyancy cylinder, of the outer side of the corrugated floating pipe, a limiting clamping block is arranged on the position, located in the limiting clamping groove, of one side of the sealing cover plate, a branch pipe is installed at one side end of the inner air bag, an air blowing mechanism is installed on the lower surface of the supporting connecting frame, and an inflation pipe is connected between the air blowing mechanism and the branch pipe. The corrugated floating pipes arranged in an array are bulged by internal air of the inner air bag through the one-way valves, so that the transverse length of the whole side buoyancy mechanism is further increased, meanwhile, the buoyancy of the whole ship body is increased again, and the situation that the ship body turns on one side under the condition that stormy waves are large can be prevented.
