The invention discloses a hydraulic power generation control system of an insulating arm overhead working truck. The hydraulic power generation control system comprises a hydraulic oil tank and a multi-way valve used for supplying oil to a platform valve set. The multi-way valve is placed at the position of a lower vehicle rotary table and comprises an oil inlet P used for being connected with a pump source or other oil supply valve sets, an oil return opening R used for being connected with a hydraulic oil tank and a multi-way valve oil drainage opening T. The multi-way valve is connected with the first platform valve group through the oil port A, and the oil port A is connected with the second platform valve group through the oil port A; a working joint of the multi-way valve is provided with three working positions, and an oil outlet of the first working position is a working joint outlet oil A; an oil outlet of the second working position is a working joint oil outlet B; and in the third working position, oil does not flow out of the A port and the B port of the working unit. The self-starting problem of the platform generator during feeding of the platform storage battery can be well solved, the number of pipelines in the arm body can be reduced, the arrangement of the pipelines in the arm body is optimized, and the working reliability of the pipelines of the arm body is improved.

    本发明公开了一种绝缘臂高空作业车液压发电控制系统,包括液压油箱、用于平台阀组供油的多路阀;所述多路阀放置在下车转台位置,多路阀包括用于连接泵源或者其余供油阀组的进油口P,用于连接液压油箱回油口R、多路阀泄油口T;还包括用于平台阀组供油的工作联第一工作位出油口油口A,多路阀通过油口A与第一平台阀组连接;所述多路阀的工作联有三个工作位,其中,第一工作位的出油口为工作联口出油A;第二工作位出油口为工作联口出油B;第三工作位,工作联A口和B口均不出油。不仅可以较好的解决平台发电机在平台电瓶馈电时自启动问题,而且还能减少臂体内部管路数量,优化臂体内部管路布置,提升臂体管路工作可靠性。
