The invention discloses a double-hydraulic-energy power generation device of an insulating overhead working truck and a control method, the double-hydraulic-energy power generation device comprises two power generation devices which are respectively arranged at a working platform and a lower insulating rotary table, and two outlets of a diverter valve are respectively communicated with inlets of two electromagnetic directional valves. Outlets of the two electromagnetic directional valves are communicated with inlets of the two power generation devices respectively, an inlet of the diverter valve is communicated with a first outlet of the priority diverter valve, an inlet of the priority diverter valve is communicated with an outlet of a second oil pump, and an outlet of a first oil pump is connected with a whole vehicle action operating system. Outlets of the two power generation devices, oil return ports of the two electromagnetic directional valves, a second outlet of the priority diverter valve, an oil inlet of the first oil pump and an oil inlet of the second oil pump are respectively communicated with an oil tank. According to the system, the insulating overhead working truck can perform insulating overhead working by adopting an electric-hydraulic proportional intelligent control system, the lower insulating rotary table and an upper insulating working platform can both continuously supply power for a long time, so that the working efficiency is high, and the accurate action performance is good.

    本发明公开了一种绝缘高空作业车双液压能发电装置及控制方法,该装置包括两个分别布置在工作平台和下绝缘转台处的发电装置,分流阀的两个出口分别与两个电磁换向阀的进口连通,两个电磁换向阀的出口分别与两个发电装置的入口连通,分流阀的入口与优先分流阀的第一出口连通,优先分流阀的入口与第二油泵出口连通,第一油泵的出口连接整车动作操作系统,两个发电装置的出口、两个电磁换向阀的回油口、优先分流阀的第二出口以及第一油泵、第二油泵的进油口分别与油箱连通,本系统能够使绝缘高空作业车实现采用电液比例智能控制系统进行绝缘高空作业,且下绝缘转台处和上绝缘工作平台处均能够长时间连续供电,作业效率高、精确动作性能好。
