The invention provides an adjustable hoisting method for an aircraft cabin door, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly. Firstly, two kinds of multifunctional adjustable protection hangers are designed, and the multifunctional adjustable protection hangers comprise a hook type adjustable protection hanger and a pin joint type adjustable protection hanger; then, before the multifunctional adjustable protection hanger is used, an operator needs to select to use the hook type adjustable protection hanger or the pin joint type adjustable protection hanger according to the form of a supporting part closest to the hung cabin door; the hook type adjustable protection hanger is applied to the condition that the supporting part is an opening frame; the pin joint type adjustable protective hanger is applied to the condition that a bolt hole is formed in a supporting part. The design thoughts of flexible operation, wide application range, in-place surface protection and the like are adopted for the adjustable protection hanger, the production field problem is solved, the production assembly efficiency and the airplane surface protection quality are improved to the maximum extent, and permanent damage to the cabin door is avoided.

    本发明提供了飞机舱门可调式吊装方法,属于飞机装配技术领域。首先,设计两种多功能可调式防护吊挂,所述的多功能可调式防护吊挂包括挂钩式可调式防护吊挂和销接式可调式防护吊挂;然后,在使用多功能可调式防护吊挂之前,操作者应根据距离被吊装舱门最近的支撑部位形式进行选择使用挂钩式可调式防护吊挂或销接式可调式防护吊挂:挂钩式可调式防护吊挂应用在支撑部位是口框的情况,销接式可调式防护吊挂应用在支撑部位是螺栓孔的情况。可调式防护吊挂采用操作灵活、适用范围广、表面防护到位等设计思路,解决生产现场难题,最大限度提高生产装配效率和飞机表面防护质量,避免舱门出现永久性损伤。
