The invention relates to a cabin assembly hoisting system which comprises a hoisting main frame, the hoisting main frame comprises a main beam, first hoisting rings are arranged on the two sides of the main beam in the long axis direction respectively, and a main hoisting seat is further arranged at the upper end of the middle position of the main beam; a main lifting assembly is arranged in the middle of the main beam and comprises a first main lifting shaft, a first main lifting plate, a second main lifting plate, a second main lifting shaft and a blocking shaft. An auxiliary lifting assembly is further arranged on one side of the main beam and comprises an auxiliary lifting plate, an upper auxiliary lifting shaft and a lower auxiliary lifting shaft. Compared with the prior art, the cabin assembly hoisting system has the advantages that through cooperation of the hoisting support, the main hoisting assembly and the auxiliary hoisting assembly, winding of the steel wire rope on different positions of the main hoisting assembly and the auxiliary hoisting assembly is adjusted according to different gravity center positions of a cabin assembly, so that stability of the cabin assembly in the hoisting process is guaranteed, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And a lifting lug does not need to be welded on the shell of the cabin assembly, so that the hoisting is convenient.

    本发明涉及一种机舱总成吊装系统,包括一吊装主架,所述吊装主架包括一主梁,在主梁的长轴方向的两侧分别设置有一第一吊环,在主梁的中部位置的上端还设置有一主吊座;在主梁的中部位置设置有主吊组件,主吊组件包括第一主吊轴、第一主吊板、第二主吊板、第二主吊轴及挡轴;在主梁的一侧还设置有副吊组件,包括副吊板、上副吊轴及下副吊轴。本发明的优点在于:本发明中的机舱总成吊装系统,通过吊装支架以及主吊组件、副吊组件之间的配合,从而根据机舱总成的不同重心位置来调整钢丝绳在主吊组件、副吊组件上的不同位置的缠绕,以确保机舱总成在起吊过程中的稳定,而且不需要再在机舱总成的外壳上焊接吊耳了,方便了吊装。
