Coupling a power system and a diesel system and controlling the system; the SSPC cuts off power output in time when a single cluster of batteries go wrong, and power is supplemented through a diesel system at any time; through coupling and system control of the diesel oil system and the electric power system, the power system can realize economical and efficient operation in various ship use scenes; the hybrid power high-voltage system can be monitored in real time in the whole life cycle, and the service condition of the battery is monitored in the whole life cycle through AFE sampling; normal use of the whole ship is not affected when a single-cluster battery goes wrong.

    本发明公开一种船舶混合动力系统及控制方法,本系统既可以满足船舶快速动力响应,又能实现长距离航行,且两套动力系统之间的耦合方式,可以互相增益:电力系统使柴油系统快速增加转速;柴油系统为电力系统补充能量。电力系统与柴油系统的耦合及系统控制;SSPC在单簇电池出现问题时及时切断电力输出,随时通过柴油系统补充电力;通过柴油系统和电力系统的耦合及系统控制,使动力系统能够在各种船舶使用场景下,均能实现经济、高效运行;混动高压系统可以全生命周期时时监控,通过AFE采样进行全生命周期监控电池使用情况;单簇电池出现问题不影响全船正常使用。
