The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent braking, in particular to a hydraulic control device of an integrated intelligent braking system, which is characterized in that a main cylinder assembly is a serial two-cavity main cylinder, a first oil outlet and a second oil outlet of an oil pot are respectively connected with two oil inlets of the main cylinder assembly, and a third oil outlet of the oil pot is connected with an oil inlet of a servo pressure buildup unit; two oil outlets of the main cylinder assembly are respectively connected with an oil inlet of a main cylinder isolating valve; an oil outlet of the servo pressure buildup unit is respectively connected with the two servo pressure buildup unit isolating valves, and an oil outlet of the main cylinder isolating valve is respectively connected with the servo pressure buildup unit isolating valves and the wheel cylinder control loop; and the wheel cylinder control loop is connected with a third oil outlet of the oil can. The pedal feeling simulator has the advantages that the rear end of the pedal feeling simulator is not connected with an oil can, and failure of one system level is avoided; the hydraulic loop is divided into a pedal feeling simulation loop and a servo pressure buildup loop according to functions, and the pedal feeling simulation loop provides brake pedal simulation feeling according to signals of a pedal displacement sensor in the braking process.

    本发明涉及智能制动技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成智能制动系统液压控制装置,主缸组件为串联两腔主缸,油壶的第一出油口和第二出油口分别与主缸组件的两个进油口连接,油壶的第三出油口与伺服建压单元的进油口连接,主缸组件的两个出油口分别连接一主缸隔离阀的进油口;伺服建压单元的出油口分别与两个伺服建压单元隔离阀连接,主缸隔离阀的出油口分别与伺服建压单元隔离阀、轮缸控制回路连接;轮缸控制回路与油壶的第三出油口连接。本发明的有益效果是:踏板感觉模拟器后端不接油壶,避免了一个系统级别的失效;液压回路按照功能分为踏板感觉模拟回路和伺服建压回路,踏板感觉模拟回路在制动过程中按照踏板位移传感器信号提供制动踏板模拟感觉。
