The torsion spring assembly is horizontally arranged in a horizontal mode, the height of the spring assembly is reduced, the spring assembly is wrapped by the cover plate, a simple aerodynamic shape is provided, the windward area of parts is reduced, the current collection quality of a pantograph net is guaranteed, and good aerodynamic performance and good resistance and noise reduction effects are achieved. The invention further discloses a railway vehicle comprising the pantograph head assembly structure of the single-slide-plate pantograph.
