The limiting mechanism is arranged on the base, and the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the reinforcing steel bars placed on the base; the aligning mechanism is arranged on the base and used for adjusting the gravity center of the base, the aligning mechanism comprises a roll shaft set and a connecting rod, one end of the roll shaft set is hinged to the bottom face of the base, the other end of the roll shaft set is arranged on the connecting rod, and the connecting rod and a steel bar are placed in the same direction; and the deflection guide rail is arranged on the base, and the connecting rod slides along the deflection guide rail and is used for adjusting the deflection angle of the roll shaft set so as to change the gravity center of the base. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, a reinforcing steel bar hoisting device cannot hoist a large number of reinforcing steel bars to a construction part at a time, and the using frequency of a tower crane is high are solved.

    本发明涉及吊运装置技术领域,提出了一种可存料的钢筋吊装装置,包括底座;限位机构,设置于底座上,限位机构用于对放置在底座上的钢筋进行限位;调心机构,设置在底座上,用于调整底座的重心,调心机构包括:辊轴组,辊轴组一端与底座底面铰接,连接杆,辊轴组另一端设置在连接杆上,连接杆与钢筋放置方向相同;偏转导轨,设置于底座上,连接杆沿偏转导轨进行滑动,用于调整辊轴组的偏转角度,以改变底座的重心。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中钢筋吊装装置不能一次性将大量的钢筋吊运至施工部位,塔吊的使用频次较高的问题。
